Greek yacht brokerage firm A1 Yachting announced the sale of Al Mirqab III which has been renamed Sea Pearl by her new owners. Broker Efthimis Karalis acted on behalf of both the buyer and the seller in the in-house brokerage deal, which resulted in the sale of the Overmarine Mangusta 165.Photo: Merijn de Waard / SuperYacht TimesMeasuring 49.9-metres in length, Al Mirqab III was delivered to her original owners in 2009. She is built to ABS class and sports a planning-style hull built from GRP. Native to the Mangusta series is a particularly wide 9.2-metre beam, which allows for a generous internal volume of 488 GT. The superyacht 12 overnight guests in five cabins and features an Overmarine designed naval architecture with a Stefano Righini exterior design.Photo: Merijn de Waard / SuperYacht TimesWith the combined 11,000 hp power of two MTU 16v engines, the Mangusta 165 can reach a top speed of around 38 knots and a cruise speed of 32 knots.
At the time of her sale, Al Mirqab III was listed for €13,950,000.
