Italian yacht builder Overmarine has announced the sale of its third Mangusta Oceano 42 superyacht which was launched in June of this year. Photo: OvermarineThe tri-deck superyacht is built from steel and aluminium and features an Alberto Mancini exterior design. Interiors onboard the Oceano 42 series can be customised to the tastes of each individual owner. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated on board, depending on the layout chosen by the owner. The forward-facing master suite is located on the main deck and includes a hydraulically operated terrace. An onboard pool is complemented by a waterfall and the aft beach club converts into a swimming platform.
Two MTU engines, each with 1448 hp, power the superyacht. At a cruise speed of 11 knots, the Oceano 42 is able to sail for 4,500 nm without a port call. Furthermore, the series includes onboard stabilisers while at anchor and underway.
