This now includes the B3 SmartPac solution, which comprises optimised structural design with pre-cut reinforcements and core materials, designed to reduce complexity and cost in production boatbuilding. The SP-High Modulus team will also be demonstrating its engineering expertise. Other products to be showcased are the new marine Corecell™ M-Foam, which is the only foam core to offer high shear strength, low weight and high elongation, low resin uptake for infusion processes and high-temperature stability for prepreg processes in one cost-effective offering. The high-performance marine adhesive Spabond 540 will also be promoted as an ideal product for bonding large polyester and epoxy GRP structures. With its extended working times, exceptional toughness and high strength, it has been designed to bond stringers/bulkheads, frames and hull-to-deck joints on medium to large production boats. In actual fact, the average length of the current in-build yachts in Turkey is 49 meters, with many of these yachts being motor yachts and motor-sailors as well as gulets.
