British yacht builder Sunseeker have launched the first hull in their new 131 Yacht series. The yacht was launched into the water at their facilities in Poole, Dorset, this week. A further three hulls have been sold in the series, all of which in various stages of construction. Hull number one is set to be delivered in early 2016.
Based on the proven Sunseeker 40M deep V-hull, the new 131 Yacht provides an excellent platform for clients to consider a proven tested platform with a customizable interior through the selection of fabrics, furniture and various layout options. After completion of the final production control stage, the yacht will embark on an intense sea trial period.
Sunseeker reports a build time of approximately one year from initial moulding to delivery for the yacht.
