Stuart Larsen of Fraser Yachts in Fort Lauderdale has listed the 34.16 metre superyacht Ace of Diamonds for sale with an asking price of $ 6,250,000. The luxury sport-fisherman yacht was built in The Netherlands by Hakvoort in 1988.
In September 2003 Ace of Diamonds, then called Sea Eagle was shipped back to Hakvoort for an extensive refit which was completed in 2006; her length was extended for a larger cockpit and larger upper deck. The interior layout was changed and a new Mahogany interior replaced the original teak. New engines, new generators, new galley, new AC, new electrical, new piping, and new electronics were installed.
Stuart Larsen, the yacht’s broker, comments: “When this work was completed in 2006 Ace of Diamonds was very close to being a new boat and has been maintained as such since. She has, for example, only 600 hours on her new engines and 2,000 on her new generators. She is a proven fish raising machine yet with the comfort of a large yacht.”
Ace of Diamonds features a large master stateroom on the main deck, and a large VIP guest stateroom on the lowerdeck. She is equipped with twin 3,750hp MTU 16V 4000 TB94 diesels, and has a maximum speed of 30 knots.
