Superyacht Asteria joins OCI charter fleet
Ocean Independence have announced that the 49 metre superyacht Asteria (ex: Asteri) has now joined the OCI charter fleet. This unique six cabin exploration yacht will be cruising to Phuket in January 2012 and then on to Northern Australia until August before crossing through the Pacific Islands to Chile over the autumn and on to Antarctica for winter 2012/13.

Asteria was built in 1970 at the Anastassiades Shipyard, Greece, and was converted from 2000 to 2002 by Northport Engineering in New Zealand into a world cruising explorer superyacht.
Asteria is available at the rate of $ 165,000 per week.
