Rossinavi and Enrico Gobbi’s 50m superyacht concept Alfa
Italian shipyard Rossinavi and the Venice-based Team for Design led by Enrico Gobbi have presented their latest superyacht concept, the sporty 50-metre Alfa, which was first unveiled at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. The name of the concept clearly signals where the inspiration for this 50-metre superyacht came from: the yacht’s athletic look was strongly inspired by the iconic Italian luxury automobile manufacturer, Alfa Romeo which was founded in the early 20th century. Many of the vessel’s design elements come from vintage and sports cars, and the bow emulates the Italian car brand’s signature front grille.
While Alfa’s strong lines give her a slender appearance, the new superyacht is spacious on the inside, and elegantly decorated. Large windows, often floor-to-ceiling, allow natural light to flood the ship’s main areas.Accommodation includes the owner’s suite, located on the main deck. This spacious stateroom has a full-beam balcony on one side and a second, smaller balcony on the other.
Further on down the bow is a private area that can double as a gym. The cockpit, on the upper deck, has easy access to the lower level, where it shows off a swimming pool, lounge area and sundeck.
