Nauta Design presents the 78m superyacht concept Slipstream

Nauta Design has created a 78.40-metre superyacht concept named Slipstream. The project has been developed with a deep level of design and engineering and is to be used for construction bidding purposes. Nauta 78 Slipstream design project Photo: Nauta Yachts

Nauta 78 Slipstream design project Photo: Nauta YachtsUp to 12 guests will be able to enjoy 734-square-metres of internal living space and be accommodated for in either two VIP suites with balconies or three guest staterooms. The upper deck is dedicated to the owner, providing them with direct access to the helipad and private foredeck which features a jacuzzi pool and ‘infinity nest’. The master stateroom comes complete with a private saloon and full-height glass windows.

Nauta 78 Slipstream design project Photo: Nauta YachtsOutside, the patent-pending design of the stern walkway is formed by the port and starboard terraces and connects to the beach club via its multiple fold-down platforms. The beach club can also be accessed through the glazed transom door and provides guests with a large bar area, ‘nemo’ lounge with glass that descends below the waterline. Integrated into the stern platform is a sea-water swimming pool which is able to close flush with the deck when not in use.

Nauta 78 Slipstream design project Photo: Nauta YachtsA crew of up to 23 can help manage the 10-metre Limousine tender, 9-metre RIB and two rescue tenders. Slipstream also comes equipped with two Seascape sailing boats, jetskis, seabobs, kayaks and kite and windsurfing equipment. Diesel-electric propulsion with fixed drive shafts provides a top speed of 17 knots and a range at economical speed in excess of 5,000 nm.
