Superyacht Dama di Cuori has sunk in the port of Sanremo earlier this month. According to local newspapers, the coast guard is investigating the cause of the incident.
Local sources also state that the yacht spend around two years in Sanremo, undergoing repairs or a refit.
The yacht was built at Benetti in 1970, and can carry 37,000 litres of fuel. It is unclear how much fuel she had on board at the time of her sinking, and if any fuel has leaked into the port.
