Following her delivery, Flying Fox became the 16th longest vessel in the global superyacht fleet as she officially entered into service and is the largest superyacht expected to be delivered by the German shipyard this year. In terms of interior volume, Flying Fox is the 14th largest yacht in the world at 9,100 GT.Flying Fox yacht by Lürssen in StavangerPhoto: @boknafjorden/Andreas Askildsen

Flying Fox was launched over 14 months ago when she first appeared as project Shu at Lürssen’s facility in Lemwerder, Germany. Following successful sea trials and a quayside outfitting period, she is now fully crewed and ready to take on the open sea.
