SuperYacht Gallery London 2017 gaining momentum

SuperYacht Gallery London 2017 is gaining momentum, with an unprecedented amount of interest received since the event was announced to the industry at the beginning of the year. The first event of its kind, SuperYacht Gallery is a high-end luxury exposition showcasing the finest aspects of the superyacht lifestyle and is designed to educate and inspire both current and future superyacht owners.

Over the past few weeks we are proud to reveal that several new partners have signed up, including the studio behind the interior design of Feadship’s 70-metre Joy, Studio Indigo, the Italian shipyard Rossinavi, Dutch shipyard Balk Shipyard, and the revered French porcelain tableware brand, J.L Coquet.

Speaking of their participation in the event, Studio Indigo had the following to say: “The Superyacht Gallery provides a rare insight into the world of superyachts. An experience-based exposition gives people a feel of the whole superyachting lifestyle and celebrates all that it has to offer. Studio Indigo are delighted to take part in the first event of its kind, right on our doorstep in Chelsea. The event is perfectly pitched at our audience and showcases the level of detail that goes into the designing of a superyacht. At Studio Indigo we prefer to work very closely with our clients and the exhibition captures the excitement of successfully bringing their vision to life.”

The SuperYacht Gallery team also welcomed the addition of two new members: interior architect Amna Mulabegovich as well as well-known artist Arik Levy. Both Amna and Arik bring with them a wealth of valuable experience and unique ideas to propel the exposition into the right direction. With both working closely with Marijn Smit on the aesthetic detail of each of the mini-galleries within the exposition, Smit comments: “Interest in SuperYacht Gallery London is growing every day, and the concept is quickly turning into an exciting reality. Right now we’re working hard on the aesthetics of the exhibition, playing with beautiful shapes and dimensions in order to present a unique and dynamic exposition across all nine galleries within the Saatchi Gallery.”
