Delivered in June 2022 to her owner, the 1,989 GT was built by the Italian shipyard Admiral in Carrara and launched in November 2021. Her owner played a key role in her design, as he was very much involved in the rolling conversations between the designers and the shipyard. Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture along with archineers.berlin were the studios that penned her futuristic cutting-edge profile, while it was the French designer Jouin Manku who styled her interior spaces with intelligent and modular configurations that adapt to enhance space, intimacy and comfort. Every detail has been carefully considered and thought out to elevate life onboard for guests. Kenshō is able to sleep up to 12 guests across six sensuous staterooms that capture all the Zen of a Buddhist temple. In terms of performance, she has been equipped with an “innovative ‘diesel electric’ propulsion system”, which has five variable speed generators. All of these generators are provided with an anti-particulate system that are said to optimise fuel consumption and efficiency. The superyacht is now available for charter with brokerage firm Y.CO.
