Superyacht Lady Moura in Port Hercules, Monaco

The stunning 105m superyacht Lady Moura has become synonymous with the prestigious port of Monaco on the glistening French Riviera. Built by Blohm &amp; Voss in 1990, the yacht that ranks in the top 30 largest yachts in the world comprises of a hefty beam of 18,50 metres giving her a total gross tonnage of just over 6,500 GT. Naval architecture for the yacht was done in house by Blohm &amp; Voss with her exterior and interior designs having been created by the Italian designer Luigi Sturchio. To date, the interior of Lady Moura remains a closely guarded secret, but is believed to be amongst the most opulent in the world. In 2013 the yacht received a cosmetic makeover when her her iconic blue tinted windows were wrapped in a special film to restore her special appearance to what she looked like the day she left the German shipyard.

Suave and sophisticated but also welcoming and family-friendly, the colour palette in the main saloon and dining room, which take advantage of the full 9.6-metre beam, is based on aquamarine and ivory soft furnishings combined with warm wood veneers, natural leathers and full-height windows for exceptional light and panoramic views. The changes mean that Project Venus shares only the same technical and engineering specifications with her predecessors in the series. A noteworthy addition is the “shark tooth” motif, a design feature halfway along the side of the bridge deck that lends the yacht a powerful personality.
