The 88 metre sailing yacht Maltese Falcon was built in 2006 by Perini Navi and purchased by her current owner in August 2009. She is the brainchild of commissioning owner Tom Perkins, and is the result of a collaboration between the world renowned Perini Navi, Dijkstra & Partners and Ken Freivokh. She is seen here at the start of the 2011 Transatlantic Race.
