Delta recently launched Katya – a 151-foot full-displacement superyacht built to travel the world’s oceans. The temperature is rigorously controlled for the resin to set, and her plastic film is filled with heated air to aid the process. Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail.
