This elegant feel of tranquility starts with Ouranos' exterior design. She has a smooth silhouette with modern lines, forming refined features with the right amount of character. The main deck saloon is an extended area combining a large lounge area and formal dining room. With a calm colour palette based on off whites, light beige and grey, combined with plush modern furnishing and a pleasant lighting scheme, the saloon offers a pleasing and inviting ambiance, set in a contemporary and warm design. The aft lounge consists of an arrangement of four large, light grey melange sofas, with invitingly large and plush cushions, around retro-styled stainless steel, bronzed glass-topped tables and a white linen pouf.
Fore, the dining room offers a large arrangements for up to 14 guests, with elegant white dining chairs on slim, stainless steel frames, arranged around a big, round-edged dining table. The overall design scheme feels fresh and modern, with subtle curves and sleek lines. Surrounded by large windows, ample amounts of daylight accentuate the cozy atmosphere and during nighttime, a subtly designed lighting scheme gives the whole saloon an intimate twist. Like all areas onboard, the main saloon is equipped with state of the art audiovisual technology, including a large retractable flat screen LED screen and home cinema set.
Two glass sliding doors connect the main deck saloon with the spacious aft deck, where a large exterior lounge space can be found. Here, an arrangement of three large sofas, one straight opposite two L-shaped, form the heart of a covered veranda that is suitable for a wide variety of occasions. A few steps away from the lower swimming platform, this aft deck forms the perfect spot to enjoy some refreshments after a relaxing swim. And by opening the large sliding doors, the veranda and main saloon are effortlessly connected into one big space with a lounge-like ambiance, perfect for parties and day to night entertaining.
Ouranos offers a large owner's suite, including full beam stateroom, private study, spacious bathroom with lush spa-sized bathtub, his and hers sinks and a separate, large walk-in shower area, plus separate broad walk-in wardrobes, located on the fore main deck. These quarters can be reached by passing through the main deck gym, which conveniently functions as a privacy buffer for the owner's quarters. This gym has cardio, Cable Motion Gym and free weights equipment, plus a flat screen television connected to all cable TV channels.
The design scheme for the master suite is minimalistic and warm, with the natural tones and patterns of the luxury wood applied throughout forming a main style ingredient, adding warmth. Slender beams of light, found in ceilings and along the floors, form the base of the subtle lighting scheme, complimenting natural light flowing in through windows on either side. The atmosphere is intimate and contemporary, offering privacy and gentle luxury. The owner's stateroom has been furnished with a king-size bed and offers additional desk and lounge areas.
Apart from the owner's suite, Ouranos offers five additional lower deck guest staterooms, all to be found on the lower deck, leading downwards following the spiraling staircase connecting all interior decks. These guest suites, one VIP, two doubles and two twins with additional pullman, are all equally well appointed and offer generously sized staterooms, luxurious en suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in shower areas and ample storage space. All guest cabins are designed in Ouranos' warm and minimalistic style, with plush off white carpeting, white leather headboards and gentle lighting schemes. The meticulous design has been extended into all en suites, with white marbles and texture-rich natural wood as main design ingredients. All guest cabins have large flat screen televisions and a complete audiovisual entertainment system, connected to the satellite cable system and the onboard music and movie libraries.
The upper deck saloon has been perfectly designed for all kinds of guest entertainment, with a large bar and lounge area available. The atmosphere is very relaxed, suitable for cocktail parties, intimate get-togethers and late night entertaining. The lounge area, consisting of two large L-shaped sofas, is fitted with a big flatscreen television and home cinema set, easily giving access to the extensive onboard DVD library.
And for those keen on playing cards, chips and board games, the games table fits a company of up to six. The stern exterior houses the second of three dining areas to be found onboard, with a large al fresco dining table and aft lounging area at guests' disposal. Framed with picture perfect views, there are two square dining tables available that each fit up to six guests. Combined into one large table, twelve guests can be effortlessly accommodated.
Ouranos' generously appointed sun deck offers a dramatic panoramic view, with an array of luxury amenities at guests' disposal. Starting with an eight-person Jacuzzi with adjacent sunpads, a set of loungers and a fully equipped wet bar, the fore area is all about relaxing and sunbathing. Aft, the sun deck lounge offers large lounging pads with bimini shades, perfect for relaxing and entertaining at any time, from daytime sunbathing to extravagant late night cocktail parties.
The centrally located dining area offers a perfect setting for any type of meal, from romantic late night dinners to refreshing al fresco lunches for up to twelve guests, right next to the Jacuzzi.
