If anything, the brand new Turkish-built Moni eloquently proves that there are ample amounts of charm and elegance to be concealed in 32.5 metres of superyacht. At first glance, this Vicem 107 has a classic appearance, with flowing lines and a slightly traditional silhouette. This penchant for history and the tradition of shipbuilding is not surprising, taking into account that the roots of Turkish shipbuilding are founded in centuries of experience.
This superyacht successfully aims at merging the knowledge that stems from this rich tradition with modern-day technique and contemporary style. All this results in a vessel that exudes personality and class, while remaining pleasantly compact. The vessel’s designers have been able develop a confident superyacht with ample amounts of comfort, style and luxury, with all onboard areas having a distinct sense of space and light.
Moni is all about hospitality, with a pleasant character of a warm and gentle nature. Upon boarding, she welcomes all guests on a main aft deck that offers the perfect spacious ambiance for al fresco dining, comfortable get-togethers and stylish lounging. The cockpit here is designed around a large central dining table with adjacent fixed sofa, dipped in a retro-style colour palette of deep brown and orange tints.
Moving inside, the main saloon continues this elegant atmosphere and shows guests what friendly, luxurious and relaxing hospitality feels like. With a modern, contemporary design, subtle retro touches, a soothing palette of natural colours and luxury materials, all framed by large windows allowing ample amounts of natural light to flow inside, this area is both inviting and stylish. The main saloon consists of a main seating area with a large, inviting L-shaped sofa as centerpiece and a fore dining are, which can be reached by leading up two steps. This results in the dining area being situated slightly higher than the main seating area, adding to the room's ambiance. With plush dining chairs arranged around a large wooden dining table, the perfect setting was created for ample elegant meals. This is a saloon that offers guests the pleasure of a luxury environment, set in an calming and modern design with retro touches.
All guest staterooms, including the master suite, can be found on the lower deck. With the master, two VIPs and two doubles, Moni impressively accommodates a company of up to ten guests. This makes her an ideal yacht for large families and extended groups of friends. The modern and soothing design scheme from the main saloon is continued throughout all guest staterooms, with the full beam master cabin setting the tone. Offering a light and elegant environment with ample space and luxury, yet pleasantly subtle, the stateroom offers a leather-clad desk starboard side and a lounging bench port side. With the big flat-screen television, large windows on either sides, luxurious walk-in wardrobe and an outstanding pristine white en suite bathroom, these quarters are elegantly luxurious and soothing. The bathroom, boasting minimalistic lines, large mirrors and a private ambiance, has his and hers wash basins and a spacious shower area.
Fore of the master suite, the port side VIP cabin can be found. With a sizeable stateroom and equally minimalistic luxury en suite bathroom available, these quarters are perfect for a pleasant and comfortable stay onboard. All cabins are great examples of luxury executed in a subtle, toned-down manner, not over the top but in an honest and skillfully designed manner. Port side, two twin cabins can be found, cozy and private with beds in bunk-bed formation. This allows for optimal use of space without compromising on guests' comfort. With a shared bathroom in between, the twin staterooms are a particularly suitable accommodation for children or additional staff, such as nannies or bodyguards. The superyacht's bow has been reserved for the second VIP cabin, optimally utilizing every square inch in a functional and elegant way. Various cupboards, wardrobes and cabinets are conveniently hidden throughout, resulting in a stateroom designed in Moni's modern style and with optimal functionality. Here, too, a luxurious and spacious en suite bathroom assures comfort and privacy for one's everyday rituals, in style.
Like her interior spaces, Moni was designed with several exterior areas that offer ample possibilities for outdoor recreation. In addition to the main aft deck, an excellent recreation area can be found on the fore main deck, offering perfect surroundings for intimate and private gatherings. It's easy to imagine watching the sun set, enjoying some good company and a delicious cocktail or two. With the large cockpit and a selection of sun pads available, perfect lounging and relaxing is guaranteed. Aft, a swimming platform elegantly accommodates those who are keen on getting a refreshing swim, snorkeling or just a quick dip. With the central portion of the platform being able to be lowered into the water, including connecting staircase, enjoying the water becomes truly easy, convenient and relaxing.
Upstairs, the vessel's lush sun deck can be found. Fitted with a large wetbar port side, the starboard U-shaped lounging sofa, including additional al fresco dining table, lush sunpads, big Jacuzzi and a variety of sun loungers to be set up on the aft sunbathing area, the sun deck more than completes Moni's range of luxury amenities.
