The 110-metre Ona in Monaco
Launched at the Lürssen shipyard in Germany in 2008, the 110m superyachtOna(ex Dilbar) was designed by Tim Heywood, and shares a rather similar exterior profile with her two sisters,Pelorus(2003) andRadiant(2009). Her highly ornate interior is the work of designer Alberto Pinto. Before having had taken delivery ofOna, her owner had a 66-metre Oceanco superyacht, which was sold and is now known asNatita. Since taking deliveryOna, the owner has taken delivery of yet another yacht, this time a 156-metre superyacht built by the same German shipyard. Fitted with a combined diesel mechanic and diesel-electric propulsion system,Onais considered one of the ‘greener’ large superyachts in operation today.Hiding behind Ona is on of Monaco’s residents, the 116-metre Atlantis II as well as the 92.5-metre Feadship, Royal Romance.
