Completed in 2004 by Lürssen Yachts, pictured here two weeks ago in Antibes is the 138-metre superyacht Rising Sun. She is currently the 11th largest yacht in the world, missing out on a spot in the top ten by just 1.33 metres, and was lengthened by a total of 18 metres during her construction.
She boasts exteriors by Bannenberg & Rowell Design, whilst Seccombe Design undertook her interior designs. Amongst her features on board is a private owner's deck, complete with a stateroom that has offers a panoramic view, a private saloon, and a large aft deck. Powered by four MTU 20V 8000 M90 diesel engines, she has a top speed of 28 knots, and a cruising speed of 26 knots.
