Superyacht Shamoun welcoming guests at the Singapore Yacht Show

On the first day of the Singapore Yacht Shows, the SYT team stepped on board the 33 metre modern sailing classic Shamoun. On board I talked with captain David Roberts, and discussed the yacht's plans to charter in Asia. "The area has really opened up, and its not restricted anymore. It's great to bring guests into these remote areas, which are becoming more difficult to find elsewhere"

Shamoun is a unique classic sloop from the boards of award-winning designers, Hoek Design. Created for both chartering and family use, she features four guest cabins with en-suite facilities and a large open-plan salon and galley. A classical layout characterises her flush deck, the traditional deckhouse housing the navigation station as well as a dining area and mini bar. There is also a full entertainment system, including video screen and projector incorporated into the ceiling.

Ideal for on-water adventures and exploration, Shamoun has a wide array of water toys including diving gear for 8 people with onboard compressor and boasts a hydraulic diving platform in the transom. "Also, our shallow draft allows us to get into small anchorages, and get right up close to the beaches", Captain Roberts explained.

Shamoun welcomes visitors this week at the Singapore Yacht Show, and is available for viewings at Berth S8. Please contact YPI's Anna Franciszkiewicz to arrange your viewing of this stunning charter yacht in Singapore this week. SYT will publish a full feature on the yacht, and her charter possibilities in Asia later this month.
