Superyacht The Mercy Boys
Sold to her current owners in 2012, The Mercy Boys was built by the Schweers shipyard in 1986 as Margaux Rose under the supervision of the late Claus Kusch. She was a most unusual superyacht, featuring a non symetrical superstructure, as well as a landing pad on her bow, for a hot air balloon. At a later stage her sundeck was extended during a refit. Her exterior lines were designed by Gerhard Gilgenast and John Munford designed her interior. The Mercy Boys is powered by a single MAK Krupp engine which enables the yacht to cruise up to 16 knots and reach over 4,000 nautical miles at 14 knots.
