55m superyacht Turquoise sold in Florida
The 55.4-metre superyacht Turquoise has been sold this week in Florida thanks to broker Frank Grzeszczak of FGI representing the seller and Luxury Brokerage Services representing the buyer. Turquoise spent 251 days on the market and at the time of sale, was asking $18,500,000.The just-sold superyacht was built by Turquoise Yachts (then Proteksan-Turquoise) in 2011 to a design by Dubois Naval Architects. In 2014, she underwent a refit with H2 Yacht Design leading the redesign of her interiors to give it a light and contemporary feel.
Inside, Turquoise accommodates 12 guests across six ensuite staterooms, including one master, one VIP, three double staterooms and a twin cabin. Her onboard tenders are stowed forward, away from guest areas and a drop-down transom platform creates a beach club area for water activities.
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar 3512B 1501HP engines, she has a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
