On the left side of the dock rests the 119-metre motor yacht A, initially named Project Sigma. Designed by Philippe Starck and launched in 2008 by Blohm & Voss, the 5,500 GT yacht is recognised for her distinctive appearance. Powered by twin MAN diesel engines, A is able to cruise at a maximum speed of 23 knots. Registered under the Sierra Leone flag, A showcases notable features including a glass-roofed swimming pool and a total of three pools located on the top deck, aft deck, and foredeck.

Moored alongside A, is the 146.35-metre superyacht Opera. Launched by Lürssen in February 2023, Opera ranks as the tenth largest operational yacht globally, with a 12,518 GT volume. With an interior and exterior design created by Terence Disdale Design, the motor yacht offers accommodation for up to 36 guests across 18 staterooms. Among Opera's standout features are her dual helipads, twin swimming pools, and an extensive beach club. Her twin diesel-electric MTU engines deliver a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.
