The outcome was structured, fast, and seemingly logical. German shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5563" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="YYachts (Company)">YYachts</a> has announced the appointment of Gregor Bredenbeck, who will take responsibility for sales and international expansion. He will oversee the worldwide sales operations of the shipyard, effective 1 June.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/396854/image/large-ef1cbdd6f2dcc9b8b9f7744e6ee5c394.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/396854">His role will also focus on advancing the international growth of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5563" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="YYachts (Company)">YYachts</a> brand, while further developing its brokerage and charter divisions.Gregor commented on his appointment: “I felt it was time for a new challenge in my professional career, and I did not have to think twice when <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5563" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="YYachts (Company)">YYachts</a> approached me. Gregor then moved into the sales of premium yachts, spending many years working with discerning international clients.<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5563" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="YYachts (Company)">YYachts</a> founder Michael Schmidt concluded: “Gregor and I have successfully completed numerous projects together over the years.
