(Company)">Metalships &amp; Docks</a> could soon change ownership after <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4235" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Rodman (Company)">Grupo Rodman</a> requested authorisation to transfer its shares to a newly established company linked to a US industrial group, according to reports in the Spanish media.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/400880/image/large-dfc93c451caf676a96be1d4ae8baf3ab.png" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/400880">The proposed transaction is currently under review by the Port Authority of Vigo, which owns the land where the shipyard operates. The authority is expected to consider the request as part of its board meeting.According to Spanish newspaper Faro de Vigo, the likely buyer is Oyster Ocean LLC, a Delaware-registered company established in January 2026 and reportedly part of a larger US industrial conglomerate.
