Since launching SYT 3D this past spring, the world’s first three-dimensional superyacht world has been off to a busy start. SYT 3D has 40 yachts, six marinas and three islands, which have been enjoyed by more than 30,000 active users since the platform’s inception. The 126.2-metre Lürssen superyacht Octopus is one of the most recent superyachts to be added to the SYT 3D fleet. Renowned designer Espen Øino penned her exterior, lending Octopus her now iconic blue and white hull and superstructure, as well as her naval architecture. She features two helipads, a spa, a library, a cinema, a gym and multiple lounges, among other standout features. The latest design collaboration between Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts and London-based design studio Harrison Eidsgaard was launched exclusively in SYT 3D this June. The launch took place in the spirit of a traditional superyacht launch, but was, of course, completely virtual. The 84-metre superyacht concept Project Atlas was penned by Harrison Eidsgaard based on a brief from Turquoise Yachts, which included requests for ‘multiple unique lifestyle features’ and fluidity between private owner’s spaces and common guest areas. Some of the superyacht’s standout features include a tiered beach club and swim platform, a centrally located pool and ample exterior lounge spaces.Photo: SuperYacht TimesSeveral more yachts such as the Swan 98, Ferretti 1000 and Mangusta Gransport 33 have been added to the SYT 3D fleet.Photo: SuperYacht TimesTo see your own superyacht in SYT 3D, be sure to get in contact with our team.
