Turkish yacht builder Tansu Yachts have contracted a new 44 metre yacht just ahead of the New Year. The exterior design of the yacht was handled by Tansu with naval architecture and engineering solutions completed by Diana Yacht Design. Construction of the project is expected to commence in March 2016.
The wood epoxy superyacht, the largest project ever undertaken by Tansu, will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests in four cabins, and is expected to have a top speed of 16 knots. The yard is currently working on 4 new build projects ranging from 38 to 43 metres, based on their already established range of vessels as well as their newly introduced Tigershark platform.
