TEAM Italia's innovative technologies

TEAM Italia attended the Monaco Yacht Show, where the company exhibited innovative technologies developed by its in-house R&D department. Featuring a new design and even more functions, the new I-Bridge Futura Nextgen was well received by captains and owners. Several superyachts that feature TEAM Italia’s innovations and was also present at the show.

The first is the 46 metre Baglietto displacement superyacht that was launched earlier this year. The shipyard chose the TEAM Italia system for the vessel, and the project provided for installation of a completely customised, built-in I-Bridge system produced following the specific requests of the shipyard, captain and Owner. The console features 5 displays, 3 touchscreen workstations and 2 multifunctional joysticks.

Rossinavi’s second Prince Shark superyacht, Polaris, arrived around a year after her sistership. The I-Bridge system has been installed on the 49 metre all aluminium semi-displacement hull yacht, and a special concept and ergonomic solution was successfully applied.

Other yachts on display at the show featuring the work of TEAM Italia includes ISA Yachts 42.67 metre Silver Wind, and 66 metre Okto. Both yachts feature a built-in customised I-Bridge system produced by matching the requirements put forward by the shipyard with those of captains and owners.

Benetti has been working with TEAM Italia for several years, and 2014 saw the two companies work on a number of projects together. Benetti Illusion I and Benetti FB 258 were also on display in Monaco in addition to Mister Z, which features the high technology I-Bridge Multi-Touch system, as well as a multi conning system display for navigation and a steering conning system for all the activities related to navigation. An AWS (Anchor Watching System) is also installed to guarantee a complete monitoring of the boat when it is at anchor. Mister Z was delivered earlier this year.

TEAM Italia has five offices in Italy, located both on the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian coasts and is able to supply devices and provide solutions for all navigation, steering, communications, monitoring and I-Bridge systems.
