Additionally, our linguistic similarities foster a welcoming environment for these tourists.This early experience further fueled my interest in the nautical industry, which prompted me to explore additional opportunities. My breakthrough came at the Genoa Boat Show in 1994, where I discovered the Pershing brand. The growth of our fleet has outpaced our staffing capabilities, highlighting the critical need to balance the number of yachts with employee recruitment to enhance our operations.Moreover, we have been improving our technological capabilities by investing in software programs that aim to more efficiently understand the yachts clients desire. This will better facilitate our sales strategies and improve our ability to track client inquiries and preferences. For instance, if a client expressed interest in a specific type of superyacht a year ago, these new systems will allow us to process that information more quickly and accurately.
