The superyacht Darnice III
When she was launched in 1986, Darnice III was one of the largest yachts in the world. These days the yacht measures 60 metres, but at the time of her launch she was a bit smaller. She was a close sistership to the classic Benetti Mau Mau V (now called Moonlight, based in Dubai), but both yachts have been refitted since, and no longer share the same looks. Darnice III was lengthened a couple of years ago. She still has her original wing-shaped funnels, that remind us of the funnels on the 1980 Benetti Kingdom 5KR.
