After a successful first edition last year, the Mediterranean Yacht Show (MEDYS) will be back in Greece from the 2nd to 6th of May. Organised by the Greek Yachting Association, the charter show will once again be held in the historic town of Nafplion.
Already confirming their presence are brokers from Camper & Nicholsons International, Burgess Athens, Edmiston & Company, Fraser Yachts, Northrop & Johnson and Y.CO, to name but a few. The list of yachts already confirmed include the 52.70 metre O’Neiro built by Golden Yachts - which will be the largest yacht at the show - as well as the 37.80 Magix from Heesen Yachts and the 40 metre Endless Summer from Westport.
Amongst the events to take place throughout the show is the second Chef Competition, showcasing competing chefs that hope to demonstrate outstanding culinary talent and creativity.
The inaugural show saw 57 luxury vessels participate in the event, with 21 pavilions hosting a variety of exhibitors as well as a total of 202 yacht brokers from 17 countries attending.
SYT's Maarten Janssen and Jochem Kaan will both be visiting the show, so expect more news from Greece in May.
