The 30th Mangusta 108 was launched this morning. Official delivery took place privately at the Group’s dock in Viareggio in the presence of an excited and proud Owner, of the Balducci family, founders and still today owners of the company, and of all those who worked so passionately to build the yacht.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/143902/image/large-f53efdf24c08b84823041b075e6b40fb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/143902">The interior, designed by the owners and the Overmarine Group’s Design Department is modern, tropical and contemporary. It features light grey oak for the flooring, camellia coloured leather on the ceilings, Armani Faro platinum coloured fabric inserts and polished chrome-plated steel finishes.Inside, the salon features large modern sofa's and a bar with Armani Faro fabric inserts and three seats, that separates the guest area from the wheelhouse. The salon can easily be turned into a dining-room for guests to enjoy dinner whilst gazing at the stars through the sliding roof. On the lower deck, there are 4 comfortable cabins, all with en-suite heads in antique bronze coloured marble, including a master suite.

Suave and sophisticated but also welcoming and family-friendly, the colour palette in the main saloon and dining room, which take advantage of the full 9.6-metre beam, is based on aquamarine and ivory soft furnishings combined with warm wood veneers, natural leathers and full-height windows for exceptional light and panoramic views. The first hull in the 35m Nautor Swan 108 yacht series was launched from the Boatbuilding Technology Centre in Pietarsaari, Finland.

The second day of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Event/176" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta - 2023">Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta</a> yesterday arrived with excellent winds that picked up during the course of the afternoon. The <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Event/176" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta - 2023">Southern Wind</a> Division started at 11.30 a.m., with a south-easterly wind of around 8 knots, headed for Razza di Giunco beach, where the shipyard had organised a lunch and beach party for its owners and guests.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/273385/image/large-6bea8d0c0c798daa6f51e2b88de93ff1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/273385">At 1 p.m., with 10 knots of breeze from the south-east, the Superyacht division regatta began and the 33-meter <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/5680" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Pattoo33.0m (108'3&quot;)Vitters Shipyard2016">Pattoo</a> was the first yacht off the blocks in the revised staggered starting sequence. The fleet headed upwind towards the south, rounding the islets of Mortorio and Soffi, then came back up under gennaker, through the Bisce pass, with winds that had increased to 16 knots in the meantime. At the mark by the Tre Monti shallows, the superyachts headed for the islet of Monaci, which they rounded before embarking on their upwind return leg to Porto Cervo.
