Built by the Taiwanese shipyard Horizon Yachts in 2007, the 38.77 metre superyacht Claudius has been sold. The semi-displacement vessel features exterior design by Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architect.
On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over six luxurious en-suite cabins, consisting of four double cabins on the lower deck, a split-level VIP stateroom on the main deck, and a spectacular master suite on the upper deck, complete with a private bar and lounge area. A crew of six are also accommodated for on board. Powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M90 engines, she has top speed of 14 knots, and a cruising speed of 12.5 knots.
James Frangi and Konstantinos Ladas of SSH Maritime acted on behalf of the seller in the sale, with Maxim Ryabenkov of Azimut Yachts Russia introducing the buyer. At the time of sale she was listed at an asking price of $7,900,000.
