IYC has announced the sale of the 40.05-metre superyacht Chiqui this morning. Built in 2011 by the British shipyard Sunseeker, since delivery she has only had one owner and has regularly travelled to many of the world’s yachting hotspots over the years.
Chiqui was sold with Frank Grzeszczak and Katya Jaimes of the Fort Lauderdale branch of IYC representing the seller, and Rick Obey & Associates representing the buyer. At the time of sale, she was listed at an asking price of $9,950,000.
