The 40m Westport superyacht Amitie sold

The 39.62 metre motor yacht Amitie (ex: Miss Sydney; Trading Places IV) has been sold, it has been recently announced. Built by the U.S. shipyard Westport Yachts in 2008, her exterior design comes from the drawing board of Gregory C. Marshall.

On board she accommodates up to 11 guests as well as a crew of seven. Powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines, she has a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots.

Amitie was sold in an in-house deal by Jason Lozeau at Galati Yacht Sales. At the time of sale, she was listed at an asking price of $12,495,000. The last time she swapped hands was in 2013 with Camper & Nicholsons, with Lozeau again representing the buyer in the deal.
