Oneness was built in aluminium by the US superyacht yard Palmer Johnson to a design by the Italian designer Nuvolari Lenard and launched in 2009. The 45.7-metre motor yacht is one of the yard's PJ 150 sport-style yachts.

On board, she accommodates up to 12 guests across five staterooms as well as eight crewmembers. The master stateroom is full-beam and can be found on the main deck forward, incorporating a lobby area, a study area to starboard and a seating area to port. Her en-suite guest accommodation is located below deck and includes a VIP cabin with saloon area and two double cabins which can be easily converted to twin cabins.

The 45.7-metre motor yacht receives her power from twin 3,650hp MTU engines, with a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 27 knots. At the time of sale, Oneness was asking €15,000,000.
