Mirgab VI is designed by Diana Yacht Design and Glade Johnson, and has been designed to allow her decks to be enjoyed comfortably throughout the year in different climates. She features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, and according to Diana Yacht Design is "Technologically advanced, stunningly elegant, and a masterpiece of form and function". She was launched in March 2010 by Dutch superyacht builder Hakvoort. Encased in an aluminium superstructure, the yacht's luxurious indoor areas are finished in traditional nautical style with a wealth of wood and valuable stone panelling. Two powerful MTU 8V4000 R diesel engines, each with a maximum continuous rating of 700 kK at 1600 rpm, are positioned amidships and ensure a cruising speed of 12.5 and top speed of 13.5 knots at full load.
