The 64.5m Mikhail S. Vorontsov to be auctioned in Rotterdam

Built by Balk Shipyard in the Netherlands in 2013 and featuring interior design by Ken Freivokh, the 64.5 metre classic wooden three mast schooner Mikhail S. Vorontsov will be auctioned next week in Rotterdam.

On board she accommodates up to 11 guests over five luxurious cabins, all located on the lower deck. The spacious owner’s suite on the lower afterdeck features a large bathroom and a sauna, whilst at mid ship two double and two twin cabins are found, one of which also includes a Pullman berth. A crew of 10 are also accommodated for on board.

Elsewhere, the main deck is completed with three deck houses. The afterdeck house is a spacious and peaceful owners lounge, the main saloon is in the middle and is large enough for guests to relax and enjoy everything the vessel has to offer. The pilot house is on the forward deckhouse.

The engine room at mid ship is divided in two compartments, with an open connection and outfitted with two main engines MTU 8V 2000 M72, which provide her with a top speed of 11 knots.

Mikhail S. Vorontsov is being auctioned upon request by the Balk Shipyard, and will be auctioned by the court of Rotterdam on the 22nd September. The auction will start at €3,250,000.
