Antibes, the biggest pleasure harbour in Europe finally has its yacht show.For the first time in 2007 the Show will take place in Port Vauban during Easter Weekend from Friday 6th of April to Monday 9th of April 2007.
With the support of the town of Antibes, The Port Vauban and the International Yacht Club of Antibes (IYCA), this promises to be the fastest growing boat show in Europe ever.
Antibes, very well known as the centre of yachting in Europe, needs no introduction; it is the homeport of some of the world’s largest private yachts.
From tenders to super yachts, for sale and /or charter, new or second hand units will all find their space at the Antibes Yacht Show. The location is ideal, near the old town, the event will take place on the “Vieux Port” the “Chantier Naval Opera” and the “International Yacht Club”. The VIP lounge and a restaurant will dominate the salon on the terrace of the Chantier Naval Opera, with a stunning view of the ocean, the medieval village of Antibes and the snow covered Alps.
In addition to the 1000 parking spaces in the port, extra parking facilities will be made available by the town in the area of the Fort Carré.A courtesy shuttle bus will take the visitors from the parking areas next to the Fort Carré to the Antibes Yacht Show. There is equally a shuttle service by boat. The International Yacht Club, equipped with a Heli port gives us the opportunity to offer a Heli Service from Antibes to the airport, Monaco or any other requested place.
Taking place early April 2007, at the start of the season, this is the ideal opportunity for the visitors to purchase their new yachts for immediate use.
