The Baglietto Varazze Shipyard

The Italian shipyard Baglietto has two shipyards along the North Western Italian coast, one in Varazza and one in La Spezia. In January Federico Bologini provided us with photos of the Baglietto Varazze shipyard.

The Varazze shipyard was founded in 1854 by Pietro Baglietto. In the beginning of the 20th century the shipyard supplied the Italian government with boats for patrol work, official duties and defence. During these years the shipyard also graced fame as speedboat builder and until today they are still building beautifully lined high speed yachts.

The One was most likely back at the yard for some warranty work. Just like Revitality she is a Baglietto 34m Fast Yacht.
