Superyachts Prediction and A&A in Portofino, Italy
Pictured here in the quaint Italian fishing town of Portofino during this past summer season are the two Dutch-built superyachts Prediction and A&A. The 43-metre Prediction was built by Hakvoort in 1991 to a design by Diana Yacht Design with an interior by Felix Buytendijk. Her owner went on to build another yacht at the same shipyard in 2000, named Lady Duvera. On her port side lies the classic 44.7-metre Feadship superyacht A&A, built in 1966 as Westlake III. At the time of her launch Westlake IIIwas the first Feadship to feature a fully-raised wheelhouse. Her extended travels over the years give this well-maintained legend a colourful history.
