The famous superyacht Octopussy sold by IYC and Worth Avenue Yachts

Noell Vawter of International Yacht Collection has sold superyacht Octopussy with Michael Mahan and Simon Gibson of the newly opened brokerage office Worth Avenue Yachts introducing the buyers. Octopussy was for sale with an asking price of $ 5,900,000.

Named after the James Bond movie, Octopussy was built by Heesen in 1988 and underwent an extensive refit in 2008. She has recently been given a fresh coat of paint and been fitted with all new teak decks.

Octopussy accommodates up to 10 guests in five staterooms and has crew accommodation for up to six in three cabins. Powered by three 3480 HP MTU Diesel engines she has a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed of 42 knots.
