The deal was concluded by Kurt Bosshardt and Patrick Hopkins of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/833" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Denison Yachting (Company)">Denison Yachting</a> who represented the seller, while Tassos Papantoniou with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/307" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Torrance Yachts (Company)">Torrance Yachts</a> introduced the buyer. Project Snow can accommodate as many as 12 guests and has an aluminium superstructure and steel hull. The superyacht has a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots with an oceanic 4,500 nautical mile range.
