The next Johnson 80 under construction

Johnson Yachts has announced that the ninth 24.1-metre Johnson 80 model is currently under construction. With eight models having already been delivered between the US and Europe, the next Johnson 80 superyacht is set to be delivered in 2019.

A bank of vertical windows on the front of the superstructure will offer a panoramic view from the main-deck interior. She will be able to accommodate up to eight guests in four staterooms, designed by Karen Lynn Interior Design. The full-beam master's stateroom will feature a walk-in closet, and the forward VIP stateroom will include an island berth and dressing table.

Johnson 80 running Photo: Johnson YachtsThe interior style and finishes can be completely customised, with one version featuring a skylounge and an expanded main saloon, and another with an open flying bridge and forward helm. The latest Johnson 80 has a saloon living area aft which will be used to showcase the owner’s taste in art.

Johnson 80 interior design Powered by twin MAN D2842 diesel engines, she will have a maximum speed of 25-knots, and a cruising speed of 20-knots.
