Cklass Nautique in Vancouver

Currently spending time in the city of Vancouver is the 45-metre refitted motor yacht Cklass Nautique. Built in 1992 and has served most of her life as a Japanese fishery patrol vessel named Sakea Maru, the motor yacht we see today is vastly different from her original shape. In 2012 HYS Yachts in the Philippines bought the vessel and work started on the project in 2013. She was delivered to her owner in 2015 and has been cruising the Pacific since. France-based builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> has announced that the fourth hull in the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> Commuter 108 yacht series is nearing completion. Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail.
