The 39.6-metre superyacht Alice’s Restaurant, listed for sale by Joe Majcherek at Gilman Yachts, has been sold with Chris June and Andre Bouse from Worth Avenue Yachts introducing the buyer.
Build by the US yard Westport and delivered in 2011, Alice's Restaurant features naval architecture from the late William Garden, exterior design from Gregory C. Marshall and an interior design from the shipyard. On board, she accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins, including a master suite on the main deck, two VIP suites and two twin cabins. She is also currently a popular charter yacht.
The 39.6-metre superyacht recently underwent her five-year ABS Inspection and Cayman Island flag inspection, both of which she completed perfectly. She also underwent an MTU 1,500 hour service, as well as a full service on both generators, meaning that her owner will be able to take delivery straight away and start cruising.
Alice's Restaurant is powered by twin MTU diesel 2,734 engines which give her a maximum speed of 24 knots, with a cruising speed of 20 knots.
At the time of sale, Alice's Restaurant was listed at an asking price of $13,750,000.
