Baglietto has announced that the third hull of its 40.6-metre superyacht model, DOM 133, has been sold and is due to be delivered in 2023. The sale was facilitated by Flavio Dominici of Dome Yachts, who represented the buyer.Photo: BagliettoThe DOM133 features naval architecture from her builder, Baglietto, and an exterior design by Studio Vafiadis, which was inspired by luxury cars. A central aspect of her design was to maintain a ‘home away from home’ appeal. Her name is derived from the Latin word for home, domus. The motor yacht will be constructed of aluminium and will have a draft of 2.1-metres, allowing her to cruise in shallow waters. The DOM133 has an interior volume of 395 GT and can accommodate as many as 10 guests across her five staterooms.
She has been designed to provide seamless access between her interior and exterior spaces. The DOM133’s main deck is home to a main saloon with full-height windows and a glass-enclosed staircase. One of her standout features is her two-level beach club and flush pool, situated aft.The DOM133 sports twin Caterpillar C32 engines, which allow her to reach a top speed of 17 knots.
Currently, Baglietto is building a fifth unit of the DOM133 on speculation with an expected delivery date of 2024.
