<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5565" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="The Italian Sea Group (Company)">The Italian Sea Group</a> has announced the immediate resignation of Chairman Filippo Menchelli and Vice Chairman Marco Carniani.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/367061/image/large-152c0f12c19271f70607c9687ef33098.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/367061">Menchelli stepped down on 26 February 2026 from his roles as Chairman and director, as well as from his position as employer. On the same date, Carniani resigned from the Board and from his position as manager responsible for the preparation of the company’s financial reports pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.The Board of Directors subsequently elected Giovanni Costantino as Chairman by unanimous resolution, assigning to him the powers previously granted to the outgoing Chairman, with the exception of the employer role under applicable health and safety legislation, which will be attributed to another individual.
