The 47.85-metre motor yacht Alessandra, ex. Cocktails, has been sold in Florida, United States. The deal was concluded by Josh Gulbranson of Fraser who represented the seller, and Bruce Schattenburg of Denison Yachting who introduced the buyer.
Alessandra was built in 2004, and features naval architecture and exterior design by her builder Trinity Yachts. Her interior is penned by Scott Carpenter. Alessandra has undergone multiple multi-million dollar refits, the last taking place in 2019, leaving her in excellent condition for her new owner. During this time, she was completely restyled, with her sundeck getting redesigned and bulwarks on her main deck cut down to increase the view from the dining and saloon area. New wooden flooring was also added throughout.
Alessandra can sleep up-to 12 guests across her five staterooms, including one full-beam master suite on her main deck with a large en suite bathroom, lounge area, and his-and-hers walk-in closets, in addition to three doubles and one twin. She can also accommodate 10 crew members between five crew cabins.
Inside, she has a large open plan dining room connected to her main saloon, which has various seating options and a bar. Her full-beam sky lounge also has an L-shaped seating area which leads out onto an aft deck with al fresco dining.
Alessandra features a hot tub on her sun deck surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, a bar and lounge area, and additional al fresco dining and seating on her main deck. She has a large swim platform to her stern for easy access to the water. 
Performance-wise, Alessandra is powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines allowing her to reach top speeds of 21.9 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. She has a 4,100 nautical mile range.
She was sold with a last known asking price of $12,500,000.
