Written by

Turquoise Yachts today launched its largest project to date as NB 63 was slowly lowered into the water and christened GO by her European owners. Measuring 77-metres in length, motor yacht GO was acquired by her owners in January 2017 as construction was already well underway. Turquoise Yacht GO LaunchPhoto: Francisco Martinez

The platform she is built upon is similar to that of the 70-metre superyacht Vicky which has been modified and enhanced to support the range of modern equipment carried on board.Turquoise Yacht GO LaunchPhoto: Francisco MartinezTurquoise Yacht GO LaunchPhoto: Francisco Martinez

The interior too is the work of the British design studio who worked with the owners on achieving their desired atmosphere inside. Eight guest cabins are spread across the upper and main deck and house up to 18 guests at a time. A central elevator runs the entire height of the yacht from the lower deck up to the sundeck. 19 crew members will live on board to take care of the owners and their guests.Go launch at Turquoise Yachts in Pendik Photo: Francisco Martinez / Turquoise YachtsTurquoise Yacht GO LaunchPhoto: Francisco Martinez / Francisco Martinez

Some of the impressive features throughout the yacht includes a 5-metre pool on the sundeck, a large beach club at the stern that opens onto the fixed swim platform as well as two side-opening water-level terraces. Guests are transferred to shore in one of the 10 or 8-metre long tenders that are stowed at water level amidships.Go launch at Turquoise Yachts in Pendik Photo: Francisco Martinez / Turquoise YachtsTurquoise Yacht GO LaunchPhoto: Francisco Martinez
